COSTA CÁLIDA (The Warm Coast)....

where the sun is shinning everyday!

Hello everbody!!!

Welcome to Costa Cálida. It is located in the Region of Murcia, at the Southeast of Spain. With an extension of 250 kilometers in the Mediterranean Coast, it stretches between Costa Blanca (The White Coast) and the North of Almería. Costa Cálida has a micro-climate that gives it its name, since days are usually warm and sunny. It is surrounded by little villages and beautiful beaches. Dogs are welcome almost everywhere, so it is the perfect place to take your humans for some vacations.

There are many fun things to do with your two-legged family. For example, you can visit the Regional Park Las Salinas in San Pedro del Pinatar.

This park is next to the beach. There are some trails where you can take your humans for a long walk.

Some trails go all along the Salinas (salt mines), like these ones....

Whereas others lead you into the countryside.....

Additionally, for those who love the beach, there are other trails that end in beaches where you can walk and run off-leash, such as the beach Torre Derribada

Los Alcázares https://losalcazares.es/, is another cool village worth visiting in Costa Cálida. Its beaches are not pet-friendly but during winter, you can take your humans there for a walk if you do not bother anyone.

One of my favorite places in Los Alcazares is "Spinosa Bar" https://spinosacenter.com/

It is a water sport club and school that has a cool bar with nice music and beautiful views. Pet are loved there and food is good too.

My human loves me to take her to Spinosa 😍 Here we are with two of our friends!!

Right next to Spinosa, there is a wonderful DOG BEACH that you will love!!!

You can play with your ball, have a bath.....

Or make some new friends...

And... No worries!!! before you go back home, you can have a shower in this amazing shower for dogs that you will find on the beach....

Perhaps you would like to go for a walk, in that case, next to the dog beach, there is a wood trail that connects with a camping trailer area with nice views....

Another dog beach nearby is FLAMENCA BEACH. It is located in La Zenia, a little and

lively towm in the coast of Orihuela, in the province of Alicante. It is a wild beach, with transparent water and thin sand, where you and your humans can enjoy your time. The atmosphere is lovely and you can make a lot of four-legged friends all over the world.

In this area you can take your humans for a drink, a dinner, a cocktail or to buy some gifts or artisan products.

If you are taking your humans there, you cannot miss El Bosque Animado https://www.entraenmicarta.es/local/2355bpyj8g/132, one of my favorite places to take my human for a drink. They have an extensive beer menu and amazing cocktails.
